Getting started

CalyFly opens on Today — a clean overview of everything scheduled for the current day across all connected calendars, alongside any quick tasks, notes and links you've saved. Use the bottom navigation to move between Today, Agenda (an upcoming, grouped timeline) and Month (a full calendar grid).

Tap Create event to add something, or use AI quick add to jot a quick task, note or link for the day.

Connecting a calendar

Open Settings → Connected accounts and choose a provider:

  • Google — sign in and grant calendar access.
  • Microsoft 365 / Outlook — sign in with your work or personal account.
  • CalDAV — point CalyFly at your server (e.g. Nextcloud) with your username and an app password.
  • Local — create events that live only on your device, with no account at all.

All connected calendars merge into a single, color-coded timeline. You can filter to any one account from the selector at the top.

Themes & appearance

In Settings → Appearance you can switch themes instantly. Professional is a crisp light look; True Black is an OLED-friendly dark theme that saves battery. Additional accent and glass styles are available too.

Privacy & data

CalyFly is built privacy-first. Your events stay on your device and the servers you choose to connect. There are no third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising, and no selling of your data. Link previews and location lookups are designed to minimize what leaves your phone, and the app is free and open source so anyone can verify how it works.
